Friday morning we had a group of elk come by right at breakfast!

by afternoon the winds had picked up and we could see the smoke again, as the High Park fire continued to spread in the west
Saturday Morning sunrise
on the way out, another small group of elk were leaping away
and further down, a few curious mule deer
