Found a little clipping in the newly digitized papers for
The South Belt Leader online from 1976
which led us to pull out the photos taken on this day, trying to match up a couple of names we could not place.
Confusing to me, the little girls I had spent my entire childhood with as neighbors, all listed here together: Shelley, Laura, & Julie are not in any of these pictures.
Tim Lively is to my left, Sean Morgan on my right, but I can't place the boy at the end on the other side of Sean. Dean, Tricia, I want to say that is Doug Brown with his back to us, then Sunday, but I can't place the little girl far right.
on the other side of Tim is Bryan and Cindy Montemayor, but I don't know the two girls on the end -- so these must be Julie and Judy -- before we're back around to Sunday and (still thinking) Doug.
and at the other table, Sherrill and Bubba.
This was the same month we had moved into the new house, because there are a few other slides on the reel from our first days there.
