Showing off my prized Astrodome shirt this week

Also got a front page nod from the hometown newspaper about the blog's growth, which was a nice surprise.
This got me to thinking about designing a shirt specific to the 77089. Just started tossing around ideas this afternoon while trying to divert attention from pain, but that Best building's silhouette, or those interlocking "As" on the old Almeda logo might be fun. Or the glass ceiling architecture of the mall near Foley's? Or the pineapple fountain! Lots come to mind just with Almeda. Will have to see what I can come up with. A flooded street? The old green South Belt sign? Possibilities percolate.
Sam inspired me as much as the Houstorian, since she put up her own stuff this week, sans Frank. Frank is on loan for an art show and should be arriving back home after Spring Break. She wants to take a much sharper, higher resolution of him before putting him on a shirt.
