How this is possible when other papers on the same date, July 23, 1920 have the body already autopsied, with vital organs removed and missing? From the Oakland Tribune:
Just one day later, on July 24, the "clews" began in earnest. Now we have information that not only were organ removed surgically, but her tongue was removed and her knees broken.
