June Hawk

This June a very large hawk decided to choose our block as her current hunting grounds. Aidan about lost his mind when she came for a robin's nest one morning. One of my newly installed re-screened frames now needs a new screen. 

The smaller birds all around came to protest, but she was unmoved. Since then, we've seen her every morning somewhere on the block. Once, just hanging out ON the road.
