first shade of summer

Here's the close up of my Blue Sage I neglected to get yesterday. The morning sun makes it prettier anyway.


It was the kids' turn to run along with the excited puppies on a walk.


And run they did!


Couldn't get Evan to be still long enough off leash at the dog park for a group shot.


But Evan was happy to pose afterwards when he was tuckered out.


The sky is impossibly blue and the wind is gone. It's the perfect temp and it seems almost sacrilegious to go inside at all on a day like today. Hello shades of summer!
