2/4/18 Pearl the World's Largest Squirrel (statue)

We had passed Pearl on the way in but hadn't stopped. I looked her up later that night and when I read she hold the record for the tallest squirrel statue in the world, it became an imperative, particularly since the change of clothes I happened to have packed included my squirrel leggings.

After that excitement, we headed back for Houston, stopping in at Courtney's for dinner and, again, manage to have so  much fun talking, it was ten minutes into the drive home when it hit me we'd forgotten to take any photos together.
