4/30/13 Red Rocks Workout #2

The first mid-week Red Rocks workout was this morning at 6:00 a.m. which meant I was treated to a glorious view before starting to huff and puff.

Of course, we worked our way down from the top, all the way here, and... back up again.

I'm thinking I need to devise a system of pulleys and sleds to be able to make it up and down the stairs the rest of this week, I'm already so sore. 

Next workout: Thursday morning, weather permitting.
