5-19-12 Graupeling

As I was swapping out the laundry and waiting for the coffee to finish, the lovely sounds of rain seemed to pick up so loudly, I had to walk to the window and see. Sure enough, our wonderful rain this morning is accompanied by graupel, which is actually more fun than hail because it doesn't hurt. It does make one feel ridiculously lazy and wonderful under my snoopy blanket on the couch, from which it will take pry bar to move me.
