5-2-12 sickliefoods

That's what I call the food items I never even find remotely appealing until I am really sick and then I crave incessantly, in between bouts of nausea.

My sickliefoods today:
apple juice (only drink OJ)
hot tea with sugar (I don't drink sweetened tea)
club crackers (switched to gluten free crackers awhile ago)
chicken and rice soup
toast with jelly (I pretty much don't eat bread)

I would add warm cookies, which is what sounds delicious to me right now, but those sound delicious to me any day of the week.

Nothin' but sugar and carbs!
