my gingerbread house

We checked out the progress of Rudy's set to open in about a month, but I'm getting excited about the little gingerbread Victorian along the way that is my fixer upper dream.


It needs a lot of work, starting with the roof and pretty much everything under it, but the details on this little gem are fantastic.


I love the tall windows and the gargoyle lamp holder and those bay windows.


Imagine a little deck off those french doors someday!


I'm rooting for this little baby to get some TLC.

(And thanks to the car full of people who put up with me pulling over to take pictures of a random house.)
